Titanik is happy to invite both Finland-based and international artists, artist groups and curators to submit their proposals for exhibition, event and other artistic projects for the gallery’s 2026 programme. The programme will feature five-week exhibition periods intertwined with shorter events that include concerts, performances, reading circles, book launches, artist talks and other projects.
Titanik wishes to support artistic experimentation, aesthetic and conceptual attunements to current discussions in present-day society. It welcomes projects that challenge dominant narratives and disciplinary boundaries, revisit and reimagine histories and comments on or intervenes in our societal currents. Titanik aims to support work that strives to crack and crumble established social and cultural normativities, imagining alternate ways of relating to each other.
Titanik offers
The gallery space is free of charge, and Titanik offers an extensive range of AV equipment, installation support and a small artist fee. Please, note that the gallery does not cover production, transport, or travel costs.
